New Service Request

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE SAME DAY SERVICE FOR RESIDENTIAL SERVICE TURN ON REQUESTS, ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND FEES MUST BE TURNED IN BY 3:30pm.

You may visit us at 126 Alton Adams Dr, Waxahachie, Texas.  It's recommended to print out and complete one of the service agreements that applies to your request, to bring along with you as a time saver. As a condition of service, you must provide proof of ownership or a lease of the real property designated to receive service. A legal photo ID will be required. At that time you will be required to pay the deposit and any other associated fees that may apply.

Download and complete the service agreement that applies to your request (listed below), and email to customerservice@rockettwater.com or fax to (972) 617-0030, along with proof of ownership or a lease of the real property designated to receive service. A legal photo ID will be required. The deposit and any other associated fees can be paid via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express by contacting Rockett at (972) 617-3524.  The required fees must be paid in order to complete the process for new service.

Please note that the billing date is determined on the area of which service is requested, you will be given this information at the time you start service. You will also be informed of the fees that are associated with what services you will be requesting. You may contact Rockett Special Utility District to receive this information ahead of time. 

  • The District will be billing for the Sewer and/or Garbage Services in certain areas for The City of Waxahachie.  If you are in the following areas, please be aware that your water bill will include Sewer and/or Garbage charges and require a deposit for said services.
  • Any question regarding Sewer and/or Garbage services and/or fees, please contact The City of Waxahachie at (469) 309-4000.  
  • The District will be billing for the Sewer and/or Garbage Services in certain areas for The City of Red Oak.   If you are within the city limits and have water through Rockett, please be aware that your water bill will include Sewer and/or Garbage charges and require a deposit for said services.
